SUSTAINABILITY
In addition, we actively collaborate in research and conservation projects, such as our work with the Asociación de Naturalistas del Sureste on dolphin and seabird studies, and with Tragsatec on the protection of marine areas.
At Cooke España, we are stakeholders in the UN Sustainable Development Goals, especially those related to the fight against climate change (Goal 13) and the sustainable preservation of oceans and marine resources (Goal 14). Adhering to the UNE-EN ISO 14001 standard through our Environmental Management System, we assume our responsibility to protect the natural environment around us.

We cover all areas from fish genetics and breeding to the processing of the final product, implementing improvements in nutrition, health, animal welfare and advanced technologies. This comprehensive optimization and innovation allows us to maintain high production standards and also to be instrumental in the sustainability of the environment. Our active participation in projects, with more than 50 employees involved, positions us as a reference in the continuous improvement and sustained growth of production in the aquaculture sector.
Since 1986, Cooke España, formerly Grupo Culmarex, has led the aquaculture sector with a comprehensive and innovative vision.
