From February 9 to 11, Murcia hosted the Regional Assembly of Eurotoques, the prestigious European organization of chefs. This gathering brought together some of the most renowned professionals from the Valencian Community, Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha, and the Region of Murcia, aiming to exchange knowledge and strengthen the gastronomic sector at both the regional and national levels.

During the Assembly, our Culmarex product was featured in two unique dishes that showcased the exceptional quality of our sustainably farmed sea bass:
- Culmarex Sea Bass Tartare, presented by renowned Chef Cánovas from the restaurant ‘Salabores’, who once again placed her trust in our sea bass for this special tasting, highlighting the exceptional versatility and freshness of our product.

- Imperial Culmarex Sea Bass Supreme, one of the highlights of the gala dinner on Monday, February 10, a dish that showcased the quality of our special sizes and our commitment to haute cuisine, prepared by Chef Nacho from Restaurante Hispano.
