Cooke España participates in the ‘III Employment and vocational training fair of the Guadalentín Region’

Cooke España attended the ‘III Employment and Vocational Training Fair of the Guadalentín Region,’ held this Wednesday, February 5, at the IFELOR venue in Lorca.

This event, organized by the Integrated Center for Agricultural Training and Experiences (CIFEA) of Lorca and the Lorca City Council, was supported by several secondary education centers and local sponsors.

High schools from the towns of Águilas, Alhama de Murcia, Caravaca, Cartagena, Lorca, Puerto Lumbreras, Totana, and Vélez Rubio participated in this gathering, which was also sponsored by the Poncemar Foundation.

For us, this fair undoubtedly represented a vital platform for bringing together vocational training centers, businesses, and students, thus fostering the integration between education and the business sector. Additionally, it provided the many students in attendance with key tools for job searching and insights into the digitalization of recruitment processes.

At this forum, Cooke España had the opportunity to connect with emerging talent while reaffirming our commitment to sustainable development and the local community. With this objective in mind, we set up an informational stand where our HR professionals introduced attendees to available career opportunities and shared insights about our positive impact within the aquaculture industry.

At Cooke España, we will continue to support talent and quality training by actively participating in initiatives like this employment fair. We firmly believe that today’s youth are the future of tomorrow, and our commitment is to provide them with opportunities to grow, learn, and develop in a sustainable and opportunity-filled environment.
