Every 15 April, we celebrate Children’s Day — a perfect occasion for Cooke España to highlight a very special project that embodies our deep commitment to future generations and the development of our local communities: the BMA INTEGRA programme, led by the Águilas Handball Club.
Since last summer, we have proudly partnered with this ambitious initiative, which promotes social inclusion through sport, offering children at risk of social exclusion a real opportunity for integration, learning, and personal growth.
Promoting Social Inclusion Through Sport
The project is built around two key educational tools: the Juegoteca BMA and the BMA Schools. In these spaces, children receive sports training based on core values such as respect, teamwork, discipline, and a love for the game. In addition to coaching, the programme provides sports equipment and a healthy snack, all within a safe environment guided by the club’s technical teams, school directors, and municipal social services.
Although it primarily serves students from two local schools, the initiative is also opened to other schools in Águilas, extending its impact across the entire educational community.
At Cooke España, we are extremely proud to play a small but meaningful role by sponsoring the BMA INTEGRA actions with our logo displayed on the team’s sportswear and playground.
