Where it all begins: Aquicultura Balear
Leader in the breeding of sea bass and sea bream fry, Aquicultura Balear, located in Mallorca, is our hatchery, the most important nationally and one of the largest in the Mediterranean.
Cultivating the Spanish Mediterranean
Our fifteen marine farms spread along the Spanish coast, on the littoral of the Region of Murcia, Andalusia and the Valencian Community, offer the ideal conditions for the breeding of these species, thanks to the qualities of these waters. The perfect location for the cultivation and harvesting of sea bass and sea bream of Spanish origin.
From Egg to Plate
We control every link in our supply chain, enabling us to guarantee our customers superior quality and fast, fresh delivery.
Vertical integration: guaranteed traceability
- Selection of broodstock, based on their robustness and quality traits.
- Transport of the fry in our own boats from Mallorca to our open sea farms located in the peninsula.
